A 26-item, seven-dimension research scale (grief, fear, death, insanity, isolation, physical distress, paranoia) used to measure the intensity of a difficult psychedelic experience.

Example: It's the standard companion measure to the Ego-Dissolution Inventory (see entry above) — researchers often run both in the same study to capture the full range of what a session produced, good and bad.
