Full Agonist

Pharmacology

A drug that binds a receptor and activates it at maximum possible effect, as opposed to a partial agonist or antagonist.

Example: Classic psychedelics like psilocybin and LSD are full agonists at the 5-HT2A receptor — see that entry, and our Antagonist entry above, for the opposite case.
